Delivery Regions

We ship throughout South Africa, using local courier services such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, or Pudo.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Outlying areas: 4–7 business days

International shipping is available to selected regions. Estimated delivery times vary (7–21 business days) depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over R600 may qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, notify us at hello@nantulinantuli.com within 7 days. We will contact the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

Buyers outside South Africa are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Nantuli Nantuli cannot control or predict these charges.
